A very important aspect of Round Table is Fellowship, a posh word for getting together and having fun.

A series of social events is organised and this often involves the whole family - for example, our New Year's party.

Though Round Table is a men's organisation, Ladies Circle is very closely related (most members have a partner in the other organisation though there are plenty of singles too).

We have many events including a family camping weekend: 

a joint Ladies Circle/Table bike ride and a tobogganing evening. Some we organise ourselves; others we will go to something more commercial such as Warwick Races or 10 pin bowling.

Some of the members have even got together for a number of years to go skiing in France with their families, whilst others are more interested in their stomachs!

A typical example of a joint Ladies Circle and Table event is 'School Sports Day'. This involves an evening of fun, food (and of course alcohol) with teams competing to win  races such as egg and spoon, wheelbarrow and obstacle courses.
